These five stars are specifically for Sheyla- I have lived here since the complex opened and I have never been so impressed with the manager like I have been with her. She makes the living experience better for me, and everyone else I know here. Beyond Sheyla- the community here is top notch and is what made my experience best. Love the fire pit and the dog park, and how close it is to everything.

Great, clean little apartment complex. Sheyla, the new manager is great to work with and makes sure she has the residents taken care. She seems to have a great staff and makes sure the property is in good shape. It’s clean, close to downtown Midvale ( if your a fan of The Sandlot, you’ll appreciate this)

Love the complex overall! Eric and Jason do a wonderful job of keeping the property running smoothly! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live

Beautiful location and apartments. Looking for options for moving, had a WONDERFUL tour with Eric. He was extremely informative and professional. Really knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions! Had a wonderful tour and guidance on pricing and move in details.

These apartments are a dream! The community is absolutely stunning, and I can't get enough of the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I'm in love with everything about this place!
