APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Midvale

I met with Sheyla today. She is very warm and welcoming in a fun professional way. She Loves dogs, which is why I love here as an Animal lover, not in a romantic way. She sowed a One (1) bedroom and a Studio Apartment to Cookie and I. Answered all of my questions, and understood this was the first place out of Four (4) places to look at. After looking at the 2nd place, I told Bryian; my case worker that I did not want to look at any other options for a place to rent. Furthermore, I told him I wanted to live at the Copper View apartments. This, apartment complex, and I hope I get the One (1) bedroom Apartment on the ground floor, after I write the following: it is Four (4) years old and it has BBQ grills, a Dog run, a grass area, which is great for photosynthesis and helps people who have breathing medical conditions. Very pet friendly, and that makes this place stand miles above other options for a place to call home 👀🇺🇸✌🏻❤️ A manager can make life an absolutely joy, or completely miserable. Sheyla does make it very joyful to apply to live there. The neighborhood is relatively safe, with a Midvale police station just down the street from the units. This a small enough complex to get to know most of the neighbors, unlike much hugher apartment complexes. Covered parking is an option, there is a do it yourself pet bath room, and they provide the soap, the wash rack is sufficient for small and large dogs. The weight room has new equipment, and more is planned to be added to the weight room. I, will take some pictures of my own, and add them to my review. The Five (5) Stars are not enough for Sheyla, they are for her, however she deserves more, therefore I'm giving her Ten (10) Stars from my emojis ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is a good place to live

We have lived there for two years, staff is nice and quick to respond. We have had to replace the fridge but they did it without complains. I like that is it a new building.

Great place to come, and get a apartment Kevin greeted me at the door and answered any questions i had the whole way through. Not only kevin but everyone there made me feel welcomed in the whole process of leasing.

I recently toured Copper Flats Apartments, and it was a great experience! Sheyla gave me an amazing tour, super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The apartments were spotless, well-maintained, and had such a peaceful vibe. You can tell the community is cared for and quiet. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to live!

These five stars are specifically for Sheyla- I have lived here since the complex opened and I have never been so impressed with the manager like I have been with her. She makes the living experience better for me, and everyone else I know here. Beyond Sheyla- the community here is top notch and is what made my experience best. Love the fire pit and the dog park, and how close it is to everything.

Great, clean little apartment complex. Sheyla, the new manager is great to work with and makes sure she has the residents taken care. She seems to have a great staff and makes sure the property is in good shape. It’s clean, close to downtown Midvale ( if your a fan of The Sandlot, you’ll appreciate this)
